Job Context
- Travel Counselor (Tour Package)
- Design & Develop Foreign Tour Packages.
- Communicate with Foreign Hotels.
- Sales support to achieve yearly target.
- Monitor Customer Services.
- Good skill to maintain International Booking Portal for Hotels, Car, Air Transport, Railway and others.
- Maintain all online marketing communications on social media, email, website etc
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop and promote tour packages
- Work on Product development
- Provide content for packages
- Create proposals to tour operators, hotels
- Create proposal to prospective corporate clients.
- Develop tourism products and services.
- Strategic planning and implementation of travel products and itineraries for clients.
- Writing of press releases
- Liaise vendors on services and transactions.
- Liaise with graphics team to produce attractive products / works for the website and social media.
- Provide support for Hajj / Umrah special desk deals
- Write & submit report on tasks.
- Advising clients on the health insurance policy that suits there travel based on travel period.
- Call up clients as regards their request for travel services.
- Accompany clients to the Embassy / Visa submission centers.
- Provide necessary documents to Partners/Embassies/clients
- Contact clients after their trip especially those who patronized our department services: hotels, visa and packages.
- Offer complimentary visa advisory services to clients.
- Liaise with hotel on behalf of clients when need be (e.g. delay in flight, pick up services).
- Good skill to maintain International Booking Portal for Hotels, Car, Air Transport, Railway and others.
- Give client complimentary advice on choice of hotels, destinations or packages.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned to you by your supervisor
- Maintain good working relationships with vendors.
- Assist clients in writing letters required for visa interviews
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Maintaining proper official records.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Respond to customer queries quickly for Fare search, Fare quote, Booking, Issuing, Re-issue, Cancellation etc.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Educated to a degree level in a related field will be an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years in Tours and Packages function
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)

hotel booking, hotel reservation, hotel tour package, Tour Package and Customer Service, Tour Packages, tours travels - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tour Operator, Travel Agent, Hotel
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Fluency in English is compulsory
