Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationship with the customers and their key personnel
- Creating and forwarding sales leads to the sales team and following up on progress until it is materialized
- Convey products and solution information to the customers and keep them updated always
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys & reviews and liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
