Job Context

Job Responsibilities
- Airline Ticketing & reservation, selling (Domestic & International).Experience in handling IATA is a must.
- Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Sabre. Galileo, Amadeus). Fare computation Product knowledge, Customer Service, Process cancellations, and modifications of reservations.
- Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously.
- Manage daily official works, making invoices & maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts.
- Manage corporate clients through emails/text and other ways of communication.
- Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
- Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM ACM policies.
- Having experience in group ticket arrangement is advantageous.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Arabic language will be an advantage, must be Smart and energetic.
