Responsibilities & Context
As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Suits and restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and managing our team to deliver a high-quality experience for our guests. Restaurant experience is a MUST! The bartending experience is a huge plus and will allow for bartending shifts if desired!- Recruit, interview, hire, and train Hotel staff.
- Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns.
- Contribute to creating bar menus with co-manager.
- Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations.
- Maintain restaurant reservation system.
- Execute on-site catering events.
- Coordinate & execute special events, marketing events, fundraisers etc.
- Help meet or exceed budgeted financial targets.
- MUST be familiar/savvy with social media and current trends.
- Maintains operations policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; and initiating improvements.
- Building relationships with preferred patrons.
- Maintains a safe and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; and maintaining maintenance and general operations of the restaurant.
