Job Responsibilities
- Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
- Have to maintain reservation accounts.
- Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline's Promotional offers.
- Making and confirming bookings, often via a Global Distribution System (GDS)
- Make online reservation tour packages.
- Providing visas and other necessary documents to valuable clients.
- Supporting office administration.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
