Job Context
- Looking for individuals to work for Fly heritage (OTA) with a minimum of 2-3 years of Advanced level reservation & ticketing experience on Sabre, Galileo & Amadeus GDS system. The candidate must have good communication skill and proven experience in Customer Service.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer & Agents queries quickly for:
- Balance top up, Fare search, Fare quote, Make booking, Issuing tickets, re-issue, Cancellation, VOID tickets, process refunds.
- Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team and others accordingly.
