Job Context
- Travel Point is a leading travel and tourism company providing comprehensive travel solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Manager Ticketing & Reservation.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ticketing & Reservation department
- Manage the team of ticketing and reservation agents and provide guidance and support
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of ticketing and reservation requests
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
- Maintain and build relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to secure the best rates and availability
- Monitor market trends and competition to ensure Travel Point remains competitive in the market
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports to upper management on the performance of the department
