Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that all department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service.
- Plan & direct the main operation including quality, standard, Cleanliness & guest satisfaction.
- Work with all HOD'S to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation.
- Curry out Duty Management Shifts as Required.
