    We are looking for Manager - Food & Beverage at Foy`s Lake Complex, Chattogram of Concord Group of Companies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall Food & Beverage Department of Foy's Lake Complex
  • Managing operation of the Resort coordination Follow-up of the management decisions, Reports preparation and submission, training and development.
  • Supervise and control F&B personnel, assign duties to them and ensure proper follow up, coordinate with all departments of the park to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain close liaison with purchase Dept. to cover all the necessary demand of F&B for efficient running of outlets'
  • Develop and implement Food and Beverage promotions, strategies and special events in conjunction with the Park Head and the Sales and Marketing officials,
  • Analysis of the performance of Resort Atlantis, F&B Department and scope of improvement.
  • Make and implement promotional strategy (daily, weekly, monthly) to meet the sales target,
  • Administration and control of the operation of F&B Department of park and Resort and exploring possibilities of new avenues of income generation
  • Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service regarding F & B to implement the strategic goals of the establishment.
  • Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path.
  • Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with the Executive Chef on menu engineering and pontiff control, ensuring the highest food standard is achieved whilst selling at the correct prices.
  • Maintain all equipment within the outlets etc Menus, linen, china, glass, electrical equipment and Point of Sale system.
  • Prepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation.
  • Ensure congenial working atmosphere for the departmental employees.
  • Reports to produce are Performance (Monthly) ,Budget (Monthly & Yearly), Expenditure(Monthly & Yearly) and Target vs Achievement (Monthly & Yearly) or any other essential reporting assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Masters degree in Hospitality Management from a well reputed institute
  • (Degree holder from Foreign institute will be preferred).
  • Skills Required: Bakery, Budgets, Hospitality Management, Operations

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Catering, Customer Care, Customer Service, General Service, Guest Relation, Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, Operations
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Amusement Park, Group of Companies, Hotel, Motel, Resort

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 45 years

  • Highly experienced in business communication, lnstant matured decision maker.
  • Should have good managing expertise and professional in handling tuff/crisis situation.
  • Should have leadership aptitude, Physically and mentally strong.
