- Should be able to competency in operating GDS preferably in GALILEO.
- Should be able to demonstrate product knowledge of key airlines.
- Should be able to demonstrate product knowledge of preparing package tours.
- Should be able to demonstrated knowledge in geography.
- Should be able to calculate fares and costs accurately and reissue tickets.
- Must be KPI driven.
- Must be able to demonstrate good English speaking and writing skills.
- Must be presentable and with good personal hygiene.
- Must be physically fit.
- Must have a good personality.
- Must be a team player and must have good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a reputed travel agency.
