Job Context
- WORKING CONDITIONS
- Emergency circumstances require 24-hour availability.
- Required to travel to various locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring all Drivers, Supervisor, guide, staff, Ticket Sales Executives are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitors and evaluates Operations activities. Includes: vehicle on-time statistics, missed runs, customer complaint data, accident data, and other operations related functions
- Communicating effectively and instantly with passengers and responding to their requirements
- Communicating with Drivers & Supervisor.
- Create Daily Sales Report & Submit.
- Responsible to handle the accident cases with concerned department.
- Liaison with related department i.e. police, local authorities etc.
- Tracks and maintains employee attendance system, processes driver and operations staff vacation requests. Maintains/orders necessary driver and staff uniforms.
- Ensures drivers have the daily documentation necessary to complete their routes.
- Hires, trains, develops, monitors, and evaluates staff. Reviews and recommends personnel actions for approval.
- Regularly checking vehicle fitness Ensure by MO.
- Create a new route analysis & established for increase the business.
- Ensure the cleanliness all the vehicles as well as counter also.
- Ensure the passengers requirements as per company policy.
- Every week trained up sales team & supervisor also.
- To Play important role for increasing of the sales volume of the company.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
