Job Context

    `Kabir`s tours globally` is a tours & visa processing agency who are looking for a Front Desk Executive who is passionate about dealing clients & Management the desk. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk/reception counters, attend visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to concerned department.
  • Responding to all local telephone calls and taking care of all incoming/outgoing mails/parcels and forwarding them to concern persons through office peons with proper follow-up and performing the required role to find out missing documents with proper investigation.
  • Maintain managing chairman's appointment for office staffs and outside guests.
  • Maintain working relationships and communicates with other departments and organizations on behalf of Management requirements.
  • Maintain all records, security, and telecommunications system related to Front Desk Operation.
  • Documents scanning & e-mailing them to concerned authority if required.
  • Able to perform computer tasks relating to MS Word, Excel.
  • Keep the database up-to-date of all relevant information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Capable of working as a team efficiently.
  • Take up other duties as assigned by the concerned authority.

  • Good telephonic manner and excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Experience in PABX operation and front desk management.
  • Must be prepared to work under pressure & a good tolerance limit is necessary.
  • Have to be well groomed, pro-active and self motivated, Diligent and good common sense
  • Must possess good manner and patience to handle people.
  • Candidate must be well versed in corporate attire, etiquette and culture.
  • Well understanding capacity and have knowledge of customer service management system.
  • There is no obligation about previous experience.
