Job Context
- We are looking for experienced Bakery Chef for Bread and Pastry, Cakes, Cookies, Desserts.
- Functional Area: Bakery.
- Location: Jarun, Konabari, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of foods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, Pastry, Desserts etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Creativity to design new and unique menu items to attract customers
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Understand visitors Preferences and make suggestions based on findings.
- Time management skills to deliver orders on schedule and avoid wasting food
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
- Decorate and present pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, bread, and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
- Leadership skills to manage the pastry section and staff
- Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
- In depth knowledge of Sanitation principles, Food Preparation and Baking techniques and nutrition.
