Job Context
- IKitchen is a prominent food-tech startup dedicated to transforming the culinary experience in Bangladesh. We are seeking a passionate female team member to take charge of and support the overall customer experience at our restaurant and cloud kitchen.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationship with the customers and their key personnel
- Generate sales and communicate them to the sales team. Follow up on the progress of the leads until they are successfully converted.
- Provide customers with up-to-date information on product and solutions.
- Conduct surveys and reviews to gauge client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that client needs are met efficiently

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Training/Trade Course: Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel) English Language proficiency
